When is the best time to repair your concrete?

When is the best time to repair your concrete?  In short... before it needs to be repaired!  When concrete is poured, control joints are added to help control where cracking appears.  Unfortunately, when the control joints crack a direct path to wash the soil from below is created.  The Solution is NexusPro!  A joint/crack sealant that seals off concrete joints preventing washout.  It can also stretch to twice its applied width.  Why is this important?  With Clay soils added water from lawns or surrounding areas can cause seasonal heaving and dropping.  During the winter months, when heaves are most common in Colorado; your concrete slab can raise and lower without tearing!  This creates a long-lasting solution to cracked joints, unlike a typical Poly-based sealant which will tear and crack over the winter months.
