Sprague Structural Solutions Before & After Photos

This homeowner's back stoop sunk overtime creating a trip hazard for coming and going in and out of the house. Our expert crew lifted the stoop back up to its original position using PolyLevel Foam. The cracks and joints were sealed with NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent water from intruding through the slabs. 

The back walkway was sinking causing a gap by the home.  The crew lifted the walkway with PolyLevel. They sealed the area in between the house and concrete and the control joints with NexusPro to keep water out. 

Products used include: PolyLevel (Polyurethane Foam) and NexusPro (Joint/Crack Sealant)

NexusPro was applied to Ian's back patio and looks gorgeous!!  The application could not be better on this one!  The NexusPro did take a bit longer than usual to cure due to weather and the area being shaded most of the day but we are confident he will be happy with it for years to come!

Concrete Stair lifts are our favorite kind of repair!  Why.... because we get to use our jacks to lift then fill the void with foam and compact the soil below!  Its super satisfying to watch and makes for a great before and after.  Check out how great the sealant look on these concrete steps!
