Concrete Repair Before & After Photos

This customer called looking for a resolution to his sunken concrete and re-sealing of control joints. This customer was in particular, struggling with grass/weeds growing between some of the joints and was hoping to fix it.  

Our crew was able to address all of his concerns and through a process called poly leveling, we were able to lift and re-level your sunken concrete areas. This process involves injecting poly foam beneath the slabs through small holes where the foam expands comparably to insulation foam and fills any gaps or voids beneath the concrete. Our crew was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently thanks to our poly foam. Once the leveling was complete, we also cleaned and filled all of the control joints with Nexus. Nexus is a smooth putty like substance that allows us to help with weatherproofing, weed growth, and expanding the overall life of your concrete. 

The concrete dropped and was in need of a lift and level. We used PolyLevel Foam to stabilize this issue and lift and level the concrete to it's original position. NexusPro was applied to the joints so no more water could enter.

This homeowner chose our complete protection system which includes the following services: lift, level and stabilization of concrete using PolyLevel Foam, seal joints and cracks with NexusPro Joint Sealant and seal the concrete with a penetrating sealant known as SealantPro. We offer a five year warranty with our CPS to give the homeowner peace of mind. 

We lifted and leveled this back patio just in time for summer entertaining!  After the patio was leveled out and voids had been filled we sealed the cracks up!!
