SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective May 2026· Sprague Structural Solutions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern text/SMS messages sent by Sprague Structural Solutions (“Sprague,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in on one of our forms (or by replying to one of our messages), you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

Sprague Structural Solutions sends transactional and service-related text messages to customers and prospective customers who have requested an estimate or are actively working with us on a project. Messages may include:

  • Estimate confirmations and quotes
  • On-site appointment scheduling and reminders
  • Project status updates and crew arrival notifications
  • Follow-up questions, invoicing, and warranty information
  • Occasional service announcements directly related to your project

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can still receive a quote and have work performed without opting in to text messages.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project stage and how you interact with us. You can typically expect 5–10 messages per month per active project. You may receive more during active scheduling or installation, and fewer outside of an active project.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless plan and carrier. Sprague Structural Solutions is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to sending or receiving these messages.

4. Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have unsubscribed and will not receive additional messages from this program. If you want to receive messages again, sign up the same way you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carriers including (but not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, and Cricket are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program supports most major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, US Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile. Other carriers may also be supported.

8. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information collected through this program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after any change means you accept the updated Terms.
